If you're planning to install a nudge bar and H rack on your 2025+ Isuzu D-MAX or Mazda BT-50, there’s a critical safety feature to be aware of:
Each time you start the vehicle, you’ll need to manually disable the 360° view camera system in your settings. If you don’t, your Ute’s safety tech may misinterpret the rack as an obstacle , causing the automatic emergency braking system to activate unexpectedly.
We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when your H rack is an essential part of your setup for work.
Stay safe and avoid surprises:
Make it part of your routine to disable the camera system before hitting the road.
Hopefully, future updates will better support Aussie tradesmen and our hard-working Ute setups.
Until then, it’s about staying informed, and staying safe.
